Mediaeval Art is dedicated to art of the Middle Ages (c. 500 - 1500). I feature art of any medium: paintings, sculptures, textiles, illuminated and non-illuminated manuscripts, drawings, architecture, and even things like household items and ephemera.
milking the cosmos is personal and not really art related. There’s a lot of poetry, black and white, and anything delicate or odd that catches my eye. (The name comes from the Tomas Transtromer poem, “Firescribblers” as does the title: “by stealth we milked the cosmos and survived.”)
